- Biographie : Jean-Claude LALOIRE is graduated from ESSEC (economics and business management) and ISUP (mathematics). As a linguist, he has been both a translator/ interpreter in the French Ministry of Defense and a teacher at advanced military education level: Staff College/CAS3, French Joint War College (formerly CID), Center for Higher Military Studies (CHEM), and Gendarmerie Nationale. He has forty years' experience. As a translator, he has worked more specifically with CDEF (French Army's Forces Employment Doctrine Center). He is an OLRAT (French Army Reserve language-expert officer) Lieutenant Colonel. He is a Commander in the Order of Merit.
