- Biographie : Jessica Rebarber is an associate in Dentons’ Capital Markets practice. She represents Wall Street institutions, mortgage lenders and servicers, hedge funds, and other financial services institutions in regulatory matters across the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica was employed in the financial institutions regulatory practice of a mid-sized firm, representing various financial institutions with an emphasis on mortgage banking regulation and enforcement. Jessica has broad experience in establishing compliance management systems and in assisting clients navigate the regulatory enforcement landscape at both the federal and state level, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Jessica also clerked for Judge Lawrence F. Rodowsky on the Court of Appeals of Maryland and Judge Charles Moylan, Jr. on the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
